Carpet Call – WA' is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in our Perth WA 6000 location. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading flooring retailer.

We are looking for sales consultants across our 10 store network: IMMEDIATE START

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  • Process sales transactions and provide post-sales support
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends and industry developments

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the flooring or home improvement industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Passion for the industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
