Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly
  • Takes in-store customers’ order
  • Assist customers with the placement of orders.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Process customer’s payment.
  • Ensure that every customer gets a proof of payment for all of their purchases.
  • Ensure that each customer enjoys a good experience.
  • Supply management (through the Store Front Manager) with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
  • Keeping a record of the client’s feedbacks and forwarding the same to the management
  • Maintain a database of customer contact
  • Undertake other duties as assigned

Qualification

  • OND in any course of study
