Job Description

We are seeking an experienced contract Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role has been created to support the next phase of our business growth and to strengthen our presence across Perth and the South West within the luxury residential market.

This position is suited to someone who understands that strong sales performance is built on trust, credibility, technical understanding, and collaboration, not short term wins. It is a rare opportunity within our business and a role that does not become available often.

The Role

As part of our continued growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through relationship building, networking, and strategic engagement with prospective clients and industry partners, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Building and maintaining a strong professional network to support sustainable growth
Representing the business with confidence and integrity
Guiding clients through the early stages of their building journey
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment from sale through delivery
Consistently achieving agreed sales targets aligned with business growth objectives

This role requires someone who can operate autonomously while remaining highly collaborative and team focused.

About You

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of results and a strong understanding of residential construction. You are commercially minded and understand how your role contributes to the broader growth and success of the business.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role
  • Strong construction knowledge, which is critical to this position
  • Sound understanding of residential construction processes, with siteworks knowledge highly advantageous
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • A collaborative, team oriented approach
  • High personal standards and accountability
  • Confidence engaging with high value clients
  • Alignment with a values driven, quality focused business
  • A professional, personable, and grounded communication style
  • Experience within luxury residential construction or a related industry will be highly regarded.
