ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
This is a key position where you’ll directly influence the company’s continued growth and market expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth across Melbourne and Victoria
  • Identifying new opportunities in landscaping, architectural, and design sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landscapers, landscape architects, and landscape designers
  • Actively pursuing new business leads in both residential and commercial projects
  • Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events within the design and construction community
  • Providing expert consultation on high-end lighting solutions — from concept to completion
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure technical precision, design integrity, and client satisfaction
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies, lighting trends, and sustainable design practices

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
We’re looking for a proven sales professional with strong business development skills and an established network in the landscaping or architectural space. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within lighting or building materials.
  • A track record of success in generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Existing relationships with landscapers, landscape architects, or landscape designers (highly advantageous)
  • A passion for innovative design and technology-driven products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Technical understanding of lighting products or a willingness to learn and master them
