Our client is a well-established, family-owned Australian business that has been producing high-quality food products for over 40 years. Supplying both the foodservice and retail sectors nationwide, they're renowned for their commitment to quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service.

With continued growth and an upcoming rebrand, they're now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team and help drive sales across Victoria. (North and Western suburbs).

About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

This is a full-time, field-based role that will see you on the road throughout Victoria, with regular visits to the Melbourne office on a fortnightly basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional product knowledge and customer service
  • Executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction
  • Attending a small number of weekend events annually

About You
You're a self-motivated and personable sales professional with a passion for the food industry and a strong ability to connect with people.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Sales experience (ideally within Food & Beverage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proven track record in developing new business
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally
