We are hiring: Vacation Package Sales Representative
Location: Barranquilla
Competitive salary + uncapped commissions +
Hours:
Training: Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Saturdays/Sundays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (outside daylight savings)
Alternate weekends: one week off, the next covering Saturday or Sunday. Full availability required.
Role summary: The Vacation Package Sales Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to sell promotional vacation packages that require a timeshare tour. This role requires communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, always in line with the company's values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
Main responsibilities:
Answer calls on the dialer during your scheduled shift.
