We’re seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to help grow a well‑established business in the building materials sector. You’ll focus on winning new business, managing key trade accounts, and delivering excellent service across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers (builders, contractors, developers).Identify and secure new business opportunities locally and regionally.Achieve sales targets, GP margins, and account growth goals.Promote the full product range and maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical support when required.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.Monitor customer accounts to ensure payment terms are met.Skills & Experience
