Job Description

We’re seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to help grow a well‑established business in the building materials sector. You’ll focus on winning new business, managing key trade accounts, and delivering excellent service across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers (builders, contractors, developers).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities locally and regionally.
  • Achieve sales targets, GP margins, and account growth goals.
  • Promote the full product range and maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical support when required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payment terms are met.
