Work shift as scheduled to place outbound calls to prospects for the purpose of selling timeshare tour-required promotional vacation packages. Responsabilities:
• Remain available on the dialer during the scheduled shift.
• Placing calls without a delay.
• Remain helpful, courteous and professional while following the written script.
• Have a strong understanding of the qualifications for participation and apply them to the prospect.
• Have a strong knowledge of the destination, the resort and the promotional packages available.
• Communicate to the prospect any financial consequences for failing to tour or not truly meeting qualifications as expressed.
