Ability to quickly conduct business and develop relationships over the phone

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to speak naturally and clearly, while quickly delivering information
• Experience with Microsoft office suite, Google and CRM tools, or a willingness and technical ability to quickly learn

• Closely track and manage lead status and follow up with interested practices and internal stakeholders
