We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join a growing home services and restoration team. This role combines relationship-building, fieldwork, and significant earning potential for motivated individuals.
Role Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
+ Sell plumbing and/or water restoration services to residential and commercial customers
+ Specialize in water damage mitigation and property restoration
+ Perform on‑site evaluations to:
+ Measure moisture levels
+ Assess extent of structural or property damage
+ Determine necessary next steps (demolition, drying, restoration, etc.)
+ Conduct 4–6 customer appointments per day to evaluate needs and provide solutions
