Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various sales channels (calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings).
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).

Experience : Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
