Administrative Support:
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of senior staff.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
