Job Description

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience to encourage sales.
• Sales Target Achievement: Actively promote and sell products, meet daily/weekly sales goals, and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained for optimal customer experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers, explain product features, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing excellent service and meeting customer needs.
• Sales Orientation: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, actively promote products, and demonstrate a proactive approach to driving store revenue.
