Job Description
- Promote a proactive safety culture by leading through example and ensuring that safety remains a prerequisite for any task.
- Sales Execution: Implement the sales plan for the assigned area in line with established objectives, ensuring compliance and achievement of targets.
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively approach the market based on market intelligence provided by the OpCo, through direct visits, calls, referrals, etc., within delegated authority (sales team), to retain and expand the customer base.
- Customer Management: Build trust with new and existing clients by identifying their needs and offering effective solutions to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
- Complement and enhance customer activities in the area of animal health and welfare.
