Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
• Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
• Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
• Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
• Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietician, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineer
• With at least 2 years experience in sales
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Commitment of excellent customer service
• Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
