Your seat to fill: 

  • You play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products across Germany

  • Taking ownership of a designated sales area within Germany, you will develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration

  • You will actively engage with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product sales and meet revenue targets

  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product portfolio (car seats, strollers, furniture), you will effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers

  • Cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and clients, you will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to improve performance

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will adapt to changing priorities and overcome challenges with resilience and determination


    • Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the consumer goods industry and preferably with child safety products, strollers or furniture 

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluency in German & at least B1 level in English
