The Role:

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: $800 – $1,500 USD per month (base) + performance-based commissions

Overview:

Venture Smarter is a fast-growing consulting and strategy firm helping businesses scale through innovation, digital tools, and smart solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
