Job Description
• Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Drive sales growth within the traditional trade channels, meeting or
exceeding set sales targets for home appliance products. Implement sales strategies and monitor daily
performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local retailers, shop
owners, and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and enhance business
partnerships.
• Product Promotion & Visibility: Promote and position home appliances effectively in traditional retail outlets. Ensure
products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and aligned with merchandising guidelines to boost sales and
brand presence.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback
