- Stock shelves, ensure product displays are organized, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves or placing orders.
- Advise customers on product selections and offer promotions or special deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
- Ensure the mini mart complies with health, safety, and store policies.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
