  • Stock shelves, ensure product displays are organized, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves or placing orders.
  • Advise customers on product selections and offer promotions or special deals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure the mini mart complies with health, safety, and store policies.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management.
