Job Description

The Sales represntative is responsible to handle sales related issues, debt collection and sales development.


Key Responsibilities:

- In charge of selling FMCG institutions: Hotels, Restaurants, Snacks, Hospitals, caterers, Cafes, etc…

- Maintain and expand effective relationships with existing customers and increase customer’s loyalty towards the brand and the company.

- Find and activate new customers and request their addition to the regular call cycle.

- Execute daily sales order and collection transactions based on company’s policies & procedures.

- Obtain all required customer legal documents before invoicing.

- Achieve sales and collection targets in the pre-assigned area.

- Inform, offer, and sell new offers to customers and explain their benefits to the customer.

- Handle customer complaints efficiently, fill the relevant customer complaint form and inform sales manger.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in outdoor sales within the FMCG sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- A valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record.

- Residing in Maten Area

- Deep understanding of the Lebanese market and distribution channels within the FMCG industry.

- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
