Job Description
• Conduct regular visits to existing partner agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure ongoing collaboration.
• Identify and engage with potential new agencies to expand the company's partner network.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports summarizing agency interactions, outcomes, and next steps.
• Develop and follow a structured daily visit plan to ensure optimal time and resource management.
• Monitor agency activity, including login and booking records, to track engagement and performance.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to verify agency payment statuses and follow up on pending dues.
• Maintain updated records of all agency interactions, contracts, and payment histories.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on agency performance and market observations.

Job Requirements, Qualifications and Skills
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily for agency visits
• Strong understanding of the local market and agency operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
