**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines
+ Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
+ Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
+ Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
+ Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking
