A successful team member will drive the sales of Lutron’s luxury residential solutions in a B2B environment by creating demand with residential architects, interior designers, custom builders, and developers and nurturing those opportunities with our dealer channel partners. We positively influence decision makers in the luxury residential construction business to view Lutron as their first and full choice for intelligent lighting and control solutions.

Responsibilities Drive Lutron residential system sales growth to meet yearly targetsSpecify Lutron solutions with residential architects, interior designers, lighting designers, builders, and developersBuild a network of competent dealers and installersUncover opportunities and propose Lutron solutions to solve these needsDevelop strategic territory plans that generate new business and drive incremental sales at existing accountsSupport the residential, commercial, and hospitality business units by driving shading business development and specifications, collaborating closely with design and build professionals across these markets.Serve as the strategic sales advocate for Lutron's shading product lines across business units, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.Be a technical expert of all Lutron products and solutions in the luxury residential portfolioStay current with market trends and anticipate account needs and opportunitiesConduct training sessions on solutions, products, and industry trendsCollaborate with Mexico sales and specifications teams to align strategies, share insights, and meet regional sales goals Qualifications7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in luxury residential, hospitality, or architectural solutionsBachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, or EngineeringProven understanding of shading systems, lighting controls, and smart home technologiesFluent in English and SpanishWillingness to travel approximately 75% of the timeValid driver's licenseLutron Electronics position as the leading manufacturer of lighting controls worldwide, our unsurpassed quality, the breadth and depth of our product offerings, and our commitment to servicing our worldwide customers have resulted in annual double-digit growth.
