Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the client lifecycle. You’ll play a critical role in both growing revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
