Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture (for agri sales), or a related field
