• Promote and sell condo and housing projects across Cebu
• Conduct trippings, client presentations, and unit viewings
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Assist buyers from inquiry to documentation and turnover
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and promos
• Stay updated with project features, locations, and policies
• Excellent communication skills in person and online
