**About Us**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Sales Representative**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting authors in navigating our publishing platform, providing guidance on the royalty system, and ensuring clear and timely communication with clients. You will play a key role in coordinating with project managers and resolving client concerns, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
**What You Will Do**:
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Spines, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by connecting with potential authors and guiding them through our publishing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with inbound leads and proactively reaching out to potential customers.
- Qualifying leads and understanding their publishing needs and goals.
- Presenting the value proposition of Spines' AI-driven publishing services effectively.
- Building strong relationships with prospective authors and acting as their trusted advisor.
- Guiding authors through the publishing process and closing deals.
- Managing and tracking leads, interactions, and progress meticulously within Salesforce.
- Optimizing your sales strategies and processes to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborating with the wider Spines team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Native-level English proficiency or a very high level of fluency, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Proven sales experience, with a preference for inside sales or B2C sales environments.
- Demonstrable strong closing skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Hungry** to learn, grow, and exceed expectations.
- Possess **spark** and enthusiasm in your interactions.
- Exhibit strong **personal charm** and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Strong written and spoken communication** skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions.
- **Open to feedback** and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent **interpersonal communication** skills to build lasting relationships.
- Full-time availability to work shifts covering US Eastern and Pacific Time Zones, Sunday to Thursday.
- Willingness to start remotely and eventually transition to our physical office location in Israel.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with Salesforce and/or JustCall.
- Familiarity with the **rich content world** of publishing or related industries.
- A strong **connection to American culture** and understanding of the US market.
- Tech experience (while not mandatory).
