Your mission 

  • Proactively identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities by acquiring new customers (hunting) and developing existing ones (farming).
  • Drive growth in revenue and margin by leveraging our complete portfolio. 
  • Identify and understand customer & stakeholder needs and effectively communicate how our portfolio will meet those needs. 
  • Influence strategic direction and buying decisions; be your customers advocate.
  • Work transversally with all business units to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Engage with partners and suppliers in your territory to create synergies and increase opportunity pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of your territory’s sustainable success.
  • Forecast and report accurately using our CRM system.
  • Maintaining and optimizing relationships with current and future customers.
  • Representing aDvens at local/international lead and demand generation events and conferences.
  • Increase the aDvens brand awareness and spread the aDvens values. 
  • Qualifications

  • German (full professional proficiency, C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
