Grace Home Solutions is a local real estate marketing and sales firm that specializes in asset acquisition in the Midwest. Our mission is to improve lives in our community through helping homeowners get out of difficult situations.
Our Team is looking for an applicant with a strong background in sales and the ability to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time.
Your Role at Grace Home Solutions:
In your role, you will primarily be relied upon for attending phone appointments with homeowners and purchasing their homes. All of the leads you will be working have been pre-qualified by our Lead Managers. You will have intimate sales and real estate training with some of the best sales trainers in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
Virtual appointments with homeowners to purchase their homes.
Make daily calls to those who have expressed interest in selling.
Successfully be able to close deals in an efficient manner.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with our homeowners.
Qualifications:
Be a self-starter and have a positive mindset
Strong sales skills. BE A CLOSER!
Team player
Be coachable
Process and system driven
Overall people person
Schedule:
8-5 CST
Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (required)
