Focused within the thriving IoT market, this position supports commercial growth across Latin American markets . The role focuses on building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and helping customers adopt IoT connectivity solutions that meet their business needs.

This is a sales-driven role with strategic impact, offering exposure to international markets and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers across Latin America via phone-based sales activity.
  • Consistently work towards and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of connectivity and IoT solutions in order to explain value clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Qualify and escalate larger or more complex opportunities to field sales teams.
  • Manage order processing efficiently to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales as a new business hunter , ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English , with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products or services quickly.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Confident negotiation skills and experience handling objections.
  • Resilience, persistence, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Understanding of Latin American markets or business practices is advantageous.
