Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clientele
  • Drive sales through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of watch collections, features, and craftsmanship
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and brand storytelling

Qualifications

  • 20–35 y/old
  • Continuous and recent work experience
  • With at least 1 year experience in retail/sales (preferably with high-end brands)
  • No visible tattoos
