Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clientele
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate deep understanding of watch collections, features, and craftsmanship
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and brand storytelling
Qualifications
- 20–35 y/old
- Continuous and recent work experience
- With at least 1 year experience in retail/sales (preferably with high-end brands)
- No visible tattoos
