Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare and telecom services
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan details, account updates, and service concerns
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits and telecom products
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate (college level preferred)
  • With or without BPO experience (healthcare or telco experience is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer and navigation skills
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
