Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare and telecom services
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan details, account updates, and service concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits and telecom products
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate (college level preferred)
- With or without BPO experience (healthcare or telco experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer and navigation skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules
