Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and deliverables are fulfilled.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a client-facing role.
