The Sales Representative at Watu Simu is pivotal in driving sales, supporting dealers, and ensuring optimal market performance.


Their responsibilities encompass daily performance analysis, training, engagement with underperforming dealers, operational issue resolution and escalation, and effective dealership management along different routes.


Responsibilities  Review Metrics and Performance Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.


Check offline rates and unpaid metrics for the planned route.


Contact underperforming dealers to develop improvement plans and ensure dealer and FO alignment.


Training and Retraining Educate dealers on Watu Simu products, services, and processes, ensuring they understand terms and benefits.


Conduct daily FO retraining sessions on software updates, onboarding processes, installment plans, and loan details to ensure accurate information entry and understanding.
