Inbound Sales Representative – Bogotá, Colombia

We’re hiring! Join our sales team and take inbound calls only – no cold calls. If you speak English (B2+ or higher) and have a high school diploma, we want to meet you. No experience needed – we provide training.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from customers and handle inquiries
  • Represent GroupCOS professionally and follow training and processes

Qualifications

  • English level B2+ or higher
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Live in Bogotá

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary from 2,850,000 COP
  • Unlimited commissions
  • Paid training
  • Welcome bonus of 350,000 COP after 1.5 months
