Responsibilities
* Present and demonstrate our products effectively through videos & offline presentations.
* Create engaging short-form content (video/product review/demo) to attract customers.
* Handle and assist customers via WhatsApp, calls, and messages from enquiry to closing.
* Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and ensure successful sales conversion.
* Identify and prospect new potential clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Follow up on customer payments.
* Backing marketing team with content ideas to boost brand presence.
