Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Present and demonstrate our products effectively through videos & offline presentations.
- Create engaging short‑form content (video/product review/demo) to attract customers.
- Handle and assist customers via WhatsApp, calls, and messages from enquiry to closing.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and ensure successful sales conversion.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Back the marketing team with content ideas to boost brand presence.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable in front of the camera, with confidence to host product videos/live sessions.
- Basic skills in video shooting/editing (advantage).
- Sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, target‑driven, and willing to learn.
