As a business development manager you will be responsible for growing company sales. We offer a commission pay plan (50% + 25% + 25%). Our company has aggressive growth goals and this position is essential to achieving those.

We understand that if a company is not growing, it is shrinking.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation including networking, prospecting, etc.

  • Pipeline management

  • Transitioning customers from sales to the operations team

  • Weekly reporting of sales data Qualifications

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
