Sales Representative & Trainer – Lead, Influence, Dominate Your Market
Company: Compass Business Group
Pay: $85,000–$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person | B2B and individual sales

Your Mission
Lead high-impact client meetings and group presentations (1–50+ attendees)
Build, control, and grow your own book of business with full autonomy
Coach and mentor teammates to maximize performance and results
Strategically follow up on leads, set appointments, and crush goals
Partner with management to execute strategies and expand your influence
