The Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales through pages and/or CRM systems (auxiliary) for models , focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The role involves offering products, resolving customer doubts, and guiding the client until the purchase is finalized, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty. 


 


What you will do: 




  • Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.




  • Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.




  • Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.




  • Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.




Requirements: 




  • Complete High School education (in-progress Higher Education is a plus).




  • Fluent English.




  • Good writing skills and fast typing.




  • Familiarity with service platforms and mastery of digital tools and management systems.



  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.


 


Work model: 100% Remote (Home Office)  


Schedule: We operate a 3X1 schedule (3 consecutive work days followed by 1 day off)


Compensation: $2.00 USD per hour


Commission: 6% commission on sales
