About The Role: A consulting, development, automation, and outsourcing firm is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Sales & RevOps Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our sales function. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep sales processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will support sales leadership by maintaining CRM data, assisting with proposals and contracts, coordinating follow-ups, and helping ensure visibility across the sales pipeline and client lifecycle. While HubSpot is a core platform in this role, the position is not limited to CRM administration. You will assist with email outreach, proposal creation, automation workflows, and internal reporting. This role also supports select client-facing RevOps and HubSpot projects, but the primary focus is supporting internal sales operations.
