Our 18 month Sales Rotational Program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a successful career in sales. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through multiple sales functions, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in consultative selling. The rotational structure enables participants to apply classroom learning to real‑world scenarios, collaborate with diverse teams, and understand how sales partners with marketing, operations, and technology to drive business outcomes.

Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, preparing them for long-term success in sales roles.

MUST BE BASED IN, OR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO, AN EXPERIAN OFFICE FOR OCCASIONAL IN‑PERSON COLLABORATION

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Rotate through main sales functions such as:Sales Development/ProspectingAccount Executive/Inside SalesAccount Management/Customer Success
  • Participate in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations
  • Learn and apply consultative selling techniques
  • Collaborate with teams including marketing and product
  • Analyze market trends and customer need to identify growth opportunities
  • Support plans and special projects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Qualifications

  • Graduating in Spring 2026 with a minimum of a Bachelor's in Sales or a related field of study
  • Experience in sales-focused coursework or hands-on sales experience gained while in college.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative or entrepreneurial experience
  • Experience with technology and customer engagement
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience solving problems and helping clients succeed
