Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timeframe.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or marketing events to promote company products/services.
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
