Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities within flexible, rigid, and industrial packaging segments.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers across industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, quotations, and packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements to secure profitable business.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand packaging needs, applications, and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate product trials, samples, and technical evaluations with customers and internal teams.
