Job Description

  • Have hands on experience using soldering machine, hot air gun and other maintenance tools 3 years experience .
  • Must know soldering for no experience in mobile phone repair
  • Must have ability to Troubleshoot and Repair electronics down to component level. Training will be provided.
  • Diagnose customer reported faults on watch phone and identify the issue.
  • Run tests to assess the watch phones functionality, install and update phone software, troubleshoot wiring problems, and replace damaged parts and components such as batteries, LCD screens, casing, buttons.
  • Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts of watch phone.
  • Reassemble complete watch phone.
  • Ensure that all repairs part performed meet the company's quality standards
  • Report common faults found in diagnosis and repair.
  • Respond to customer promptly and take corrective actions within target timeline.
  • Advise customer on warranty issues and recommend products based on their expertise.
  • Ensure tools and technical equipment are well kept and in good operational condition
  • Provide monthly report on all the RMA issue
  • Have knowledge to operate hardware and software of all devices related to phone.
  • Be attentive towards customer enquiries or request
  • Ensure waiting time is not more than 30 mins for customers waiting in queue
  • Basic product knowledge support
  • Basic Product troubleshooting
  • Guide customers on data transferring
  • Attend to collection customers and provide basic QC check to ensure repaired device is in working condition
  • Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers before booking device for repair
  • Call/sms customer to provide quotation for out of warranty devices and update system
  • Keep service counter & reception are neat and tidy daily
  • Diagnose customer reported faults on electronic devices and identify software or hardware required to resolve faults
  • Carry out repair solutions with software or hardware replacement to electronic devices
  • Report common faults found in diagnosis and repair
  • Adhere to OEM and Company SOP to meet with KPIs and repair process
  • Experience in repair at component level will be an advantage
