We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and development‑focused Wealth Sales & Service Development Consultant to support our Wealth business. In this role, you will lead key aspects of new‑hire training with a strong emphasis on systems proficiency, product knowledge, and operational readiness for financial advisors and relationship managers.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering effective learning experiences by partnering closely with our external training provider, Accenture, and aligning programs with internal capability strategies and business priorities.
