Job Description

Responsibilities:




  • Technical Support: Assist distributors and clients with installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment.




  • Training: Deliver technical training (in-person and online) to sales teams, service engineers, and end users.




  • Commercial Support: Work closely with the Country Manager to identify opportunities and be a protagonist during negotiations and client visits.




  • Warranty Management: Follow up on warranty claims and post-sales support, ensuring fast response and customer satisfaction.




  • Spare Parts Coordination: Monitor local spare parts inventory and follow up on orders to ensure proper availability.




  • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical visit reports, performance indicators, and field feedback on product performance.
