Sales Service Engineer

The Sales Service Engineer is responsible for Rotating Equipment MRO service sales for the assigned portfolio which includes preventive maintenance services, parts and components, breakdown and repair, refurbishment, and other related services to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Secure Contracts: Implement sales strategies to achieve sales and order targets, promote service offerings (MRO, spare parts, repairs, refurbishment), prepare quotations/tenders, and negotiate terms within the assigned authority limits.
• Strengthen Customer Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, provide timely updates and support the team in ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate Service Operations with Service Technicians: Coordinate and schedule service jobs with the technician team, ensure proper job allocation, and follow up closely to ensure efficient and satisfacto...
