Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:-

  • Proactively source and acquire qualified potential buyers through various channels, including channel partners, brokers, and referrals.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous and robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Network Management:-

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high engagement levels.

Performance Tracking:-

  • Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing strategies and channel partner effectiveness.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the luxury real estate segment to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand competitor offerings, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.


Skills & Experience

  • High-Ticket-Size Experience: Must have a proven track record of dealing with high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
