Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering pitches, and driving sales growth. This role also includes conducting client training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales strategies to meet business goals. Collaboration with the team to identify prospective customers and close deals will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify opportunities, execute strategies, and meet targets.
  • Experience in facilitating client-focused Training sessions to empower users and enhance product adoption.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient understanding of customer relationship management tools is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in a sales-driven role and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
